Each project begins with a close understanding of the client, the house and the surrounding landscape. My design process is personal and considered, creating gardens that respond to place with sensitivity while reflecting how you want to live, entertain and spend time outdoors.

The aim is always to deliver a garden that feels both distinctive and enduring — elegant in its overall vision, yet practical in how it works every day. Throughout the process, I work closely with clients to ensure the journey feels clear, collaborative and reassuring from first ideas through to completion.

Planting design is one of the most personal parts of my work, bringing together a long-standing passion for plants with an understanding of how they evoke emotion, bring texture, form and structure along with seasonal interest to a garden. I enjoy working across a range of styles, from formal and architectural planting to softer, more natural schemes and Mediterranean-inspired gardens, always responding to the setting and the way you want the space to feel.

Alongside aesthetics, I place real importance on sustainability, biodiversity and planting that will thrive over time. Each scheme is carefully considered to balance visual impact with resilience and ecological value, and for clients looking specifically for help with planting, this service can be commissioned as a standalone option.

This service can support private clients, developers, architects, local authorities and businesses looking to create more nature-led landscapes, from biodiversity-focused gardens to wider outdoor spaces with clear environmental value.
